TRIKA YOG offers 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Courses for practitioners of all levels who are looking to explore and deepen their practices, learn the art of teaching, and experience the ancient science of Hatha Yoga. Our training courses include the study and practice of Hatha Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, and Alignment and Adjustment Workshop. Our training course will prepare you with all the tools and confidence you need to become a yoga teacher and will propel you forward on your personal yoga journey. The Trikayog 200 Hour Teacher Training Course will Improve your body and enlighten your mind and spirit with the knowledge and experience of yoga. This course is open to all levels of practicing Yogis.
The hatha Yoga Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) is an intense 29-DAY program that immerses students in the practice of yoga and meditation. The course provides a solid foundation for teaching yoga to others.
The TTC Program is 7-8 hours a day. Below is the general day structure.

In order to apply for, register, and attend the TrikaYog Teacher Training course, the following documents will be required:
- Please complete and submit the Application/Registration form on the Trikayog website
- A recent passport size photo of you is required
- A copy or scan (in colour) or a clear photo of your valid Passport, with all details clearly legible.
Your space in the course can only be confirmed once all of the above documentation is received. Also please remember that you are required to obtain an Thai Visa before arrival in Thailand.
When you are ready to register for any of the courses or programs at Trikayog, please submit the Application / Registration Form here online or feel free to contact us so we can further assist your with your registration.
We will send you confirmation of your registration within three weeks after receiving your required forms and documents.
After we have confirmed your place and registration in the course, we request you please send a Deposit payment of 30 % of the cost of the course. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance upon arrival in bangkok or before arriving. After you have sent your deposit, please email us a copy of the receipt or proof of deposit so we can complete your registration.
Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. Trikayog maintains the right to accept or reject any application without providing an explanation.
Information and Instructions for payment procedure will be sent to you with your letter of acceptance. We ask that you please submit a Deposit payment prior to arrival (this will secure your placement in the course) of 30 % of the cost of the course. The balance of the payment may be made on Orientation Day upon arrival in bangkok
The Payment methods we accept are Bank Transfers and Western Union. Payments may be made in any Currency, as we will receive all payments in Thai bath
If the student is unable to attend the course or complete the course they may be considered for a refund. Under certain circumstances the applicant can be considered for a full refund of deposit and course fees. If a refund is granted to the student they will still be responsible for paying all related bank service fees. Please bear in mind that there is sometimes a middle man bank during the transfer process that will charge extra transfer fees. We ask that the student also be mindful to be responsible for these fees as well.
Alternatively, if the student is unable to attend after deposit or fees have been paid, they are able to send someone in their place or contact us so we can let those waitlisted individuals know. If only the deposit has been paid, the new participant should pay you the deposit directly and you both must notify us of the name change.
A student can transfer from one course to another at least one month before the start of that course to attend a different course instead. We allow this transfer only once, upon which after all fees are forfeited.
Visa and Travel Insurance
Thailand requires that all foreigners obtain a Visa prior to arrival in Thailand . Please be sure to give yourself ample time to arrange a Thai Tourist Visa through a Thai Consulate or Visa Services Company before leaving your home country and traveling to Thailand. Also please arrange proper travel insurance and any other requirements you may have (i.e. bank arrangements, healthcare) before traveling.
You are welcome to bring your laptop, cameras, phones, tablets, or other electronics to use during your stay in Bangkok. Please choose to leave your valuables (such as jewellery) at home. If it is necessary to bring your valuables, please be sure you are able to keep them safely. bangkok is a safe city and Trikayogmaintains your safety as a priority, however, theft happens everywhere and we cannot be responsible for any items of value that go missing.
Upon Arrival and Orientation Meeting
Upon your arrival in Bangkok please make your way to Trikayog to meet us! An Orientation Meeting is held on the first day of the course at 8am. This meeting will introduce the students to the teachers, give the students the opportunity to meet one another and to familiarise themselves with the space and course facilities. Also covered during the orientation meeting is schedule for the course, overview of course material, information on location of classes, and the opportunity to ask questions about the course and Bangkok . It is mandatory that students attend the Orientation Meeting.
You are welcome to arrive early in Bangkok to either familiarise yourself with this beautiful city or to jumpstart your training course by practicing with us before your course begins. Please note that all classes prior to the start date of your course are not included in the course fee and should be payed and arranged separately.
The Trikayog certifications are all approved by Yoga Alliance. Upon successfully passing the 200 hrs Yoga training course you will receive a full certificate of completion.

The Confirmation Fee is 210 USD (10 USD is just for PayPal or bank transfer charge). This is non-refundable but may be transferred to any other upcoming Yoga Teacher Training course with in one year.
If you cannot come to our YTTC after paying the confirmation fee you can use it towards any future course or program. The Confirmation Fee is the part of the entire course fee. The rest of the course fee balance must be paid in cash on the first day of the course either in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds or INR (amount according to the Exchange rate on the date of payment).
